I have ADD.  When I learned how to tame my anxiety, I was able to put my self-doubt aside and learn how to manage my ADD better. Dr. Cordier worked with my primary care to help find a medication that made sense and when I got my anxiety in check, I was able to get my ADD in check.  I've never felt more confident.

 I struggled with anxiety for years. I had been with my same therapist for over five years. A friend told me about the program here. It took me about eight months to get through the program.  I had reoccurring thoughts of hurting myself. I knew that I would not do something, but these thoughts would not go away. I had to get onto a plane for China, my entire career depended on this trip and my ability to negotiate a manufacturing program. In just four weeks of working with Dr. Cordier, I was on that plane. I completed the program and I feel so good. I got so much out of th Emotional Intelligence portion, it helped me improve all of my relationships at work with the team I managed and our work performance was awarded.
