Parent Empowerment Class

Change raise your children with strong emotional health

This evidence-based 8-week class teaches parents how to incorporate evidence-based practices into the household. Good emotional health with children starts with strong parenting.

Parents are taught :

  • how manage their own stress when feeling overwhelmed with their child's behaviors,
  •  how to get on the same page with parenting with your spouse or especially if you are separated or divorced,
  • how to use proper reinforcement with difficult behaviors
  •  how to build the child's confidence
  • how to teach their kids to be self-motivated and more independent,
  • how to teach their children strong interpersonal skills that help build confidence.
  • how to work with the school system to ensure your child's well being

Although this program is a required part of treatment for children ages 9-12. We encourage parents of younger children ages 3-8, to participate in the class, even if their child is not being seen.
